Jen is an executive coach, leadership development facilitator, and human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in technology, automotive and media industries in Seattle, California, and Toronto, Canada.

Jen’s experience provides her with the skill to uncover blind spots in leaders and organizations and the empathy to surface and work through the resulting challenges for change. Jen knows that through strengths-based coaching and pattern recognition, a person’s leadership can increase and amplify the talent of their organization. She is engaging, passionate, and positive, and she uses her years of experience to create an energetic environment with her clients to help them grow and scale to their next challenge.

 

At Amazon from 2016-20, Jen was the HR leader for several long-tenured engineering Directors and Vice Presidents in AWS. She then transitioned into Executive Development Group where she was the first internal executive coach hired on the working team to help create Amazon's company-wide Director program as well as the internal executive coaching consultant practice for Directors and Vice Presidents.

 

In 2020, Jen joined Rivian to help them get to IPO in an area of electric vehicles and green energy-- spaces she is personally very passionate about. The climb to IPO and producing the first all-electric adventure vehicles at Rivian was incredible. With this role, she was the head of HR Business Partners for the G&A organization including HR for HR, Finance, Legal, Vehicle Design, and Facilities. Jen spent time uncovering the needs of the organization to scale and accelerate the exceptional leaders at Rivian. 

Jen has a Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Psychology (BA) from Rutgers University.
